In order to participate you must be healthy and know how to swim. We recommend using waterproof warm clothes as it is always a few degrees colder at the sea than on the land and it becomes especially evident when you get wet. You should wear light-coloured non-sliding footwear with low soles that stay firmly on your feet, flip-flops, loafers and high heels are not the most comfortable sailing shoes.
